By following the link on the CHEWV website to order your test, you are giving permission for CHEWV to have access to your child's scores.
Scores are used to create the County and Progress reports. Statistics from the group scores may be used for legislative purposes, but no identifying information is shared.
Please note that these forms are designed for those homeschooling under exemption (c)(2) of WV code 18-8-1. Those homeschooling under other exemptions should ensure they are following the requirements of those exemptions.
Assessment results for students in 3rd, 5th, 8th and 11th grades must be submitted to the county superintendent per WV code 18-8-1 (c)(2). Below, choose either CHEWV's County Report (if submitting scores to the county this year) OR our Progress Report showing the mean and stanine for your own records OR no CHEWV report.
